I have been with Approved Accounting for over a year since I started a company and I strongly recommend them. They have taken care of all the VAT/Company/Personal returns and my first year has been so smooth because of them.I've never had to rush last-minute to file anything because they have given me reminders well in advance and all I have to do is reconcile my latest cash flow in their online system - which is a very simple process involving a few button clicks.Their accounting system (Xero) is very powerful as they have setup rules for me so it automatically reconcile 90% of the transactions (for example, it automatically reconcile customer payments as sales income). I also have it setup to automatically invoice customers and it matches customer payments to the corresponding invoices so I can easily tell if an invoice has been paid or not.
